If you write email content and think that you might use it again in other Campaigns, you can save it as a template.

Creating a Template

To create a template, start a MergeMail campaign, write some content in your Gmail email, then click on Advanced > Templates > Save in the MergeMail pane on the right. You can now use that template anytime in the future.

Loading a Template

If you’ve saved templates, you can load them in future emails. To do this, start a MergeMail campaign, then click on Advanced > Templates > Load... in the MergeMail pane on the right and choose the template you want to use.

Managing Templates

You can manage your templates by going to the MergeMail website and clicking on Templates.
