If you have a list of recipients that you would like to unsubscribe from your MergeMail campaigns, you can do so by uploading them to MergeMail in a CSV.
First, make sure you have a CSV of the email addresses that you’d like to add to your MergeMail unsubscribes, and make sure that the email address is the first column in the CSV. If you need to edit the CSV, you can import it into Google Sheets or Excel, then export it as a CSV after you’re finished.
Go to your Unsubscribes list in MergeMail by clicking on your username (upper right) and then clicking “Unsubscribes”. Next, click on Upload CSV and upload the CSV. Make sure that that the email address is the first column in the CSV. Then click “Upload”.
After the list has been uploaded, if you include one of these recipients in a future MergeMail campaign, they will automatically be excluded from being sent an email, since they have unsubscribed.
